At the beginning of February we could not contain our excitement about Martin Stranka’s image “Dreamers and Warriors” being shortlisted for the most prestigious Sonny World Photography Awards. Just yesterday the winner of the Open competition were announced and we are pleased to share with you exciting news about this wonderful image from our collection claiming the 2019 Open Competition Creative Award.
The image “Dreamers and Warriors” is a second from the series that includes another wonderful photograph Circle of Life. Explore Martin’s images on our site.
Still in his early 30s, Martin has had a wonderful career; a self-taught photographer whose career was prompted by a personal tragedy is proving again and again that he has made the right choice when he abandoned banking. We couldn’t be more thrilled for him.
